Wholesale
How do I know if I qualify for wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing is available to those in business to resell the purchased products, i.e., retailers. Additionally, retailers MUST have a brick-and-mortar location, i.e., online retailers do not qualify.
What are your order minimums?
Order minimums are as follows...
- Total order value must be >$150
- Tea Towels: 4pc per design then 2pc increments
- Swedish Dishcloths: 4pc per design and 4pc increments
- Totes: 4pc per design then 2pc increments
- Coasters & Trivets: 4pc per design and 4pc increments
- Drinkware: 4pc per design then 2pc increments
- Stickers: 6pc per design then 6pc increments
Do you require a sales tax certificate?
Yes, Avery's Home requires sales tax certificates for all customers located in the USA and its territories.

Fulfillment & Shipping
What are Avery's Home fulfillment/printing lead times?
Standard production time for wholesale orders is 8-10 business days. This does not include shipping time. Please allow 3 - 5 days for transit.
During peak holiday and market seasons production times may increase.
Do you offer rush printing/fulfillment?
When our workload permits, we offer rush production for a fee. The rush production fee is 15% of your order total (not including shipping).
To add rush production to your order please make the selection at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping location, carrier, time of year and weather.
Typical transit time for the continental 48 is 2 - 5 days. Again. this is typical but not guaranteed.
How much is shipping?
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges shown at checkout are authorization-only estimates based on average carrier rates.
For addresses within the continental U.S., shipping is estimated at 15% of your order subtotal. This covers most destinations—including Zone 8 and rural areas—and orders will ship ground via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at our discretion.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, shipping is estimated at 20% of your order subtotal. These orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested.
Final shipping charges are calculated after fulfillment using our discounted carrier rates. If the actual cost is lower than the estimated amount, you will only be charged the reduced total.
You are only authorizing payment at checkout—your card is not charged until your order ships and final costs are confirmed.
Where do orders ship from?
All our products are printed and shipped from our production facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Local pick-up is available for those customers in the Indianapolis area. Our facility is on the Southeast side of Indianapolis. When placing your order choose the "Local pick-up" option at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipments to the US and its territories are regular when you place an order on our website or Faire.com. Contact our customer service team for a specialized quote on deliveries to other countries.

Returns
What is your return/refund policy?
Avery's Home does not offer refunds for unsold products or buyer's remorse. We strive to accurately represent all our products.

What if my product is delayed, lost or damaged in shipping?
Avery's Home typically use USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipping orders. In the event that a package is delayed, lost or damaged please let us know.
We do not receive carrier updates on these events. Once you have contacted us, we will open a case with the provider. All packages are FULLY INSURED with FedEx, UPS and USPS.
If a case is opened and refund is provided, we can either send a refund or reprint the order. If you would like to place a new order while we wait for approval on a case you may do so, after which any refund from the carrier will be refunded to you.
IMPORTANT: In order to process a claim for damaged goods detailed photographs and package tracking details MUST be provided by you the customer.
Production Process
How are your products sourced & produced?
All Avery's Home products are sourced and/or produced by our sister company ADDLE iNK.
The following are digitally printed (DTG) with industrial water-based pigment inks that are ECO PASSPORT by OKEO-TEX® certified, CPSIA complaint and GOTS Approved Additive for CMYK and White Inks.
- Cotton and Cellulose Dominant Textiles (kitchen towels, Swedish dishcloths, tote bags, apparel, etc.)
- Absorbent Ceramic Products (coasters, trivets and ornaments)
The following are digitally (UV) printed with an industrial UV LED-curable inks that are California Proposition 65 compliant.
- All Drinkware (tumblers, frosted glasses, can glasses, stemless wine glasses, etc.)
